Mr. Tewin Vongvanich, Chief Executive Officer and President, as reported by PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) to the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding the sale of investment in PTT Green Energy (Netherlands) Cooperatief U.A. that the PTT Board of Directors has considered approving PTT Green Energy Co., Ltd. (PTTGE SG) (PTT’s subsidiary in Singapore in which PTT holds 100 percent of the shares) to sell all investment in PTT Green Energy (Netherlands) Cooperatief U.A. (PTTGE COOP) indirectly held through Sabran Brothers Pte. Ltd. (Sabran Brothers) at 100 percent to Sindopalm Pte. Ltd. (Sindopalm), an associate company of PT Kalpataru Investama (PT KI), whereby PTTGE SG, Sabran Brothers, PT KI and Sindopalm have already signed a share purchase agreement (Sale and Purchase Agreement).
